Organic Indias Organic Whole Husk Psyllium (Organic Isabgol) is derived from the seeds of the herb Plantago ovate. It is a bulk-forming dietary fiber that contains both soluble and insoluble fiber and naturally supports the entire gastrointestinal system.
Adding Psyllium to your diet promotes healthy elimination and bowel regularity. Though Psyllium has been primarily used as a laxative, it would be more appropriately to term it as dietary fiber that helps to reduce symptoms of both constipation and mild diarrhea. Psyllium acts as a laxative by absorbing water and consequently softening the stool. It is also one of the few laxatives that do not promote flatulence.

How to use
- Mix 5gm (1 tablespoon) Psyllium with at least 200 ml of water, juice or favourite beverage. Stir and drink immediately. If too thick, add more liquid and stir. Drinking an additional glass of water afterward is advisable to ensure hydration.
