Organic Chana Masala powder is a blend of the select spices that is used in the preparation of chana curry. The spice mixture of chana masala may vary from brand to brand or family to family, but it typically contains cumin, coriander seeds, cloves, red chillies, black peppercorn, bay leaf, mustard seeds and anaardana (pomegranate seeds).
