Pickles have been around for thousands of years, dating back to 2030 BC when residents of the Tigris Valley (present day Iraq) pickled cucumbers.
Pickling is a process of preserving food like fruits, vegetable, fish or meat in brine (salt water), vinegar, or oil, to consume at a later date. Pickle has played an important role throughout history. It was one of the earliest mobile foods, filling the stomachs of travellers and hungry sailors. It also provided families with a source of food during the cold winter months.
Today, pickles in India are made from a wide range of fruits and vegetables, which are preserved using different types of oils, lemon juice or vinegar. Indian pickles differ from those made in other regions due to the blend of spices added to them, which enhance their digestibility and make them tasty and flavourful.
Pickles are locally known as ?aachar? in India. Almost every household in India has a unique recipe for pickling, which imparts a different flavour and taste to the dish. Relishing traditional pickles with every meal is a time-tested practice for health and well-being.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
