Organic Forest Honey, Terra Greens (300gm)
Organic forest honey is made from bees that live in the forest and collect the nectar from thousands of wild plants. This variety of honey is known for its strong flavor, and some consider it to have higher medicinal value as compared to other varieties of honey.
Honey, commonly known as “shahad” in Hindi, is one of the most established health foods, having served as the world’s primary sweetener before processed sugars became widely available in the 16th century.
Honey, which looks like sunshine in a jar, undergoes a complex and laborious process to convert it from flower nectar into a sweet, wholesome liquid. Bees visit more than two million flowers spread across a distance of 55,000 miles, to make around 500 grams of honey. This thick and sugary liquid is composed of water, glucose, fructose, goodness of harde plant and special enzymes produced by bees.
Honey is not only known for its taste but also for its healing health benefits.
