Organic red rice poha is made from organic red rice and is a healthy alternative to white rice poha.
Organic red rice poha (flakes) is made by flattening organic red rice. The rice is first parboiled, and then rolled, flattened, and dried to produce red rice flakes. The flakes come in different thicknesses depending on the pressure used in the flattening process.
These flakes swell up when added to any hot or cold liquid.
