Earth Loafs Classic Raw Dark Chocolate Bar is made with 72% single origin raw and organic South Indian cacao and sweetened with delicious, mineral-rich South Indian Palmyra sugar (only 45 on the glycemic index).
Palmyra sugar comes from a type of Palm tree that produces a large fruit that resembles Mangosteen. The sap from the tree trunk is collected, boiled and set, before being ground into a fine powder. The sugar is highly mineralised and rates just 45 on the glycemic index.
The unique soil and atmospheric conditions in South India give the beans and chocolate their unique fruity and zesty flavour. This chocolate has been handcrafted at low temperatures to preserve all the nutritional wealth naturally found in cacao i.e. Iron, Magnesium, Anti-Oxidants, the bliss Chemical Anandamide and promotes Serotonin production in the body, all of which is usually damaged during roasting in traditional chocolate.
This chocolate bar is packed with all the nutritional richness of cacao; a little goes a long way in delivering you to chocolate satisfaction.

You may return most new, unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
